ANYTIME FITNESS Launches In Hereford

This September, Anytime Fitness opened its doors in Hereford’s Maylord Street, offering a full range of services you would expect from any great gym but available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Discounted memberships were pre-sold throughout the summer at record rates, but you can still join online or in person.

“It has been a huge success,” says Club Manager Oisin Devitt. “Anytime Fitness is a full service gym offering everything from classes to personal training. Our members are delighted to have a gym in the area that is open 24/7. Hereford has a lot of shift workers and this suits their lifestyles.”

Memberships
Full price membership is £34.95 but reduced rates for students, as well as corporate memberships for local business are also available. There are no hidden costs or peak options, just one flat rate for access to all high spec equipment. So what does the membership include?

Strength training equipment such as free weights and plate loaded squat racks, but also functional training options like battle ropes, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, bosu, skipping ropes, resistance bands, kettlebells and TRX.

In the cardio section you will find traditional equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, stair climbers, exercise bikes and spin bikes. Fans of Wattbikes will be pleased to see their favourite equipment at Anytime Fitness, while runners can benefit from the revolutionary Assault Air Runner, the premiere running machine designed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in mind.

Additionally, all members can access fitness orientation, personal training, a range of classes and small group training with fully qualified instructors.

“Spin is a bit of a phenomenon in Hereford, it seems to be a favourite of the town,” says Oisin. “Circuits and Boxercise® follow a more national trend of toning through HIIT based classes that offer a little more variation than standard models.”

Wexer Virtual Classes add a unique service at Anytime Fitness gyms – members can select a class from a range of 600 options and follow the virtual class on a screen.

Anytime Fitness offers the convenience of 24-hour access to clubs worldwide, with 24-hour security and free parking at Maylords Shopping Centre.

All facilities can be used by members 24/7 but staff are available to help Monday to Saturday 9.00am – 6.00pm, and on Sunday 11.00am – 4.00pm. The class timetable, fitness equipment and services offered will be updated depending on what members ask for in the coming months.
