FIGHT CLUB – Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
One of our most popular classes, Fight Club is a boxing styled circuit, with at least 25 different stations so you get a varied and tough workout. Each week we like to change up the circuit in some way to keep it fresh and keep you progressing. There are punch bags, weights, body weight exercises and also an instructor wearing a bodysuit so you can unload your stress of the week with a smile on your face!
BODY CHALLENGE – Fridays 6pm-7pm
This is a more standard circuit. Again, it involves weights as well as body weight exercises, and it targets all muscle groups. What better way to set yourself up for the weekend than blasting a hard core circuit for an hour?
You don’t need to have a certain level of fitness, the class will work just as good for very experienced gym goers as it will for a person trying it for their first time.
By the way, you never need to worry about booking, just turn up at Sixth Sense Fitness on the day and take part.
