E-Fit combines active, physical exercise with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology. EMS causes the muscles to contract and relax just like during exercise, but the effect is amplified when the two are combined. During each E-Fit workout you’ll be wearing a special suit equipped with 10 pairs of electrodes connected to the control panel that regulates the process.

The suit is made from a breathable material, and it comfortably allows freedom of movement during exercise. It enables the electrodes to stay connected to the appropriate muscle groups while you perform the exercises under the guidance of your trainer. The workouts can include many different forms, from traditional squats and lunges, to weight lifting, even boxing! It’s a great way to help the body burn fat, while strengthening and toning the muscles, whatever shape and fitness level you are.

It has to be emphasised that E-Fit is very different from the treatments where the client is resting on a couch. The success of E-Fit is down to the active exercise performed at the same time as the EMS is being delivered, with 30 to 40 micro-contractions per second in all the muscles connected. Furthermore, the basic exercises carried out during a training session also stimulate the muscles that are already in a tensed condition, which means approximately 36.000 muscle contractions in the entire body – all in a mere 20 minute workout.

The programmes are tailored to each client’s needs, so whether you want to burn fat, sculpt your muscles or gain strength, there is an option for you, regardless of your age or fitness level. You can also work on improving your posture, strengthening your back muscles, rehabilitate areas affected by an injury, or shape up after pregnancy. E-Fit is also suitable for clients with disabilities.
