Did you know that performing just a few facial yoga exercises every day can brighten your face, tone your facial muscles and give you a more youthful appearance?
The Smile Smoother Exercise is great for reducing lines around the mouth, lifting the cheeks and firming the jaw line. Here is how to do it:
Cup your teeth with your lips and create an O shape with your mouth. Then smile widely, keeping your lips around your teeth, then go back to the O shape and repeat six times.
Next, place your index finger on your chin, and lift your chin up and down, stretching the neck and keeping the smile wide. Repeat twice.
Classes are available in Hereford, with a new class in Ross-on-Wye coming soon.
