Dear FitNet Readers
I hope you are all keeping well and healthy, and following the government advice. These are very challenging times for everyone, and saving lives & health are the top priorities.
After lots of conversations with our clients – FitNet magazine advertisers, thanks to whom the magazine is possible, I can now announce that the Spring 2020 edition will be delayed. All our clients are 100% on board with this decision. Once the situation improves, we will be updating the content to reflect any changes in the services offered, and release the magazine later, hopefully at the time the Summer edition would normally come out.
In the meantime, I will keep updating you here on what services our local health, fitness, dance and sport professionals are offering online. Many of them are already trialling virtual classes, and restaurants have switched to take-aways and deliveries.
Let us all do everything we can to ‘flatten the curve’ – to slow down the progress of this terrible disease – by staying put. We all need to adapt to this new reality which includes a lot of uncertainty, but it will pass, we will get through this and life will get back to normal.
I wish you all well, please keep healthy and don’t risk your or anyone else’s health, please stay home for now.
