Part EXERCISE, Part DANCE. All FUN! Let FLexercise Help You Achieve A New You This Year

Stop local FLexercise teacher Clare Tugwell in the street, and she will always tell you about the benefits of exercise and her weekly FLexercise classes.

“There is so much emphasis put on exercise and how it can help you but I know that many women are scared of going to the gym,” says Clare. “If improved fitness, energy and strength are on your fit list but the gym isn’t, you’re in luck. My unique FLexercise classes are part exercise, part dance but all fun.”

Clare explains: “Everything I do is based on the FLexercise system, which was pioneered in 1930 by Mary Bagot Stack to energise and strengthen the whole body. It’s a winning mix of exercise, dance and yoga movements. It helps you achieve good posture and balance through exercise, and more importantly, maintain it in everyday life.

“One of the important things about going to a class is having fun and making friends. In my classes we always have a laugh and everyone leaves the class feeling full of energy, with big smiles on their faces and a spring in their step.”

FLexercise classes include an element of floor work as well as free movement. They are aimed at all levels, so why not have a go and try this unique class?

Venues: Tuesdays 11.00am at The Bridges Community Centre in Monmouth and Thursdays 10.00am at The Larruperz Centre in Ross-on-Wye.
