From Exhausted To International Practitioner

On Saturday 14th October I attended the Chrysalis Effect ‘Time to Shine’ community day in Surrey, and what an amazing day it was! There were people in various stages of their recovery journey from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E. and Fibromyalgia, as well as those who had made a full recovery. Many of the Chrysalis Effect specialist practitioners attended as well. I am lucky to fall into both camps since I have both fully recovered and I am also a Chrysalis Effect specialist practitioner.

It was so inspiring so see the courage and determination of those still on their path to full recovery. Many of them experienced a breakthrough moment that day, having been surrounded by the love and support of those who truly understood them.

In fact, the Chrysalis Effect supported recovery programme is producing such amazing results that the NHS is piloting the programme with patients across various parts of the country. Virgin Care has also shown an interest.

Recent figures show that recoverers from 26 different countries are seeing significant improvements in their health and quality of life, creating a demand for Chrysalis Effect practitioners all over the world. I have the enormous privilege of becoming one of the first international practitioners – my first stop is Melbourne, Australia. I will be giving talks and spreading awareness of chronic exhaustive conditions, and showing as many people as possible that it IS possible to make a full recovery.

The wonderful thing about my job as a Chrysalis Effect specialist is that thanks to technology such as Skype and FaceTime, I can practise from anywhere in the world. All my current clients are able to continue working with me wherever my travels take me, and new clients can also benefit in the same way.

In the New Year 2018, I have spaces for three new clients so if you would like to find out more, please send me an email and I will respond within 48 hours. To anyone who is suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME or Fibromyalgia, please know that there is hope, encouragement and support waiting for you. You don’t have to lose any more of your life to this condition. It’s time to step up and get your life back.

As a wellbeing coach and accredited Chrysalic Effect Practitioner I work with clients locally and internationally, by creating a tailored treatment and recovery plan.
