You can take part in classes or use the gym without any membership – just drop in and pay as you go. Sixth Sense Fitness is fully open to the public and equipped to accommodate any type of workout.

X-TRAINING – Monday 6pm-7pm
Whether you have trained for years or not a day in your life, if you want to improve on your fitness level, this is a perfect class to start with. Each class is totally different and combines weights, cardio and bodyweight exercises in a variety of formats. Never will this be too easy, and if you’re finding it too hard, we always have alternative exercises ready for you when you need them, or the choice to decrease the reps should you find the workout too challenging at the time. If you are a seasoned gym goer, then this class will definitely have the right qualities to challenge you even further.
CORE – Tuesday 5.30pm-6pm
This class offers a great way to train your core, with each class focusing on strength, endurance and stability. Whether you can only do 5 sit ups or 100, this class will still cater to all your needs, with options available to make each exercise achievable for everyone. By the end of the class you will feel like your abs have worked in ways you never knew they could and you’ll come out feeling great about yourself.
AEROBIC BLITZ – Tuesday 6pm-7pm
This class is led by a fantastic instructor, who motivates everybody with her great energy and enthusiasm. Aerobic Blitz is an exercise to music class, so you will have a lot of fun whilst blitzing your calories away and toning up your entire body.
THE REHAB ZONE – Tuesday 7pm-8pm
Perfect for participants of any level of fitness and experience, this class puts great focus on helping the body to recover from the stresses of training and everyday life. You will improve your body’s overall mobility and flexibility, so this will be great for your overall health.
For instance, if you suffer from a tight back or hips (very common problems these days, especially if you have a 9 to 5 desk job), then come along and loosen everything up under the guidance of a fully qualified instructor. You will feel better afterwards, and ready for the next day.
