Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher Training Course

We train teachers in the most effective methods for optimising your body and mind. Our systematic approach will allow you to reach your full potential,  and guide others to do the same. Our teaching reflects our name, taken from three vital components that have become somewhat separated in modern yoga. These elements are intertwined and when utilised together, they bring the most effective and authentic yoga practice.

Intensive 3-week Residential Course will take place in the Forest of Dean this summer (24th July – 14th August). It is a residential course, so you will live and learn together with fellow yogis.

10-month Non-residential Course will start on 22nd September 2018 and you will have to attend one weekend a month training till next July. It is suitable for those students who cannot commit to 3 weeks in one go, and would prefer to take a slower pace instead.

At the Indian Wellness Academy we also organise regular retreats and yoga classes, and our upcoming Yoga Festival will take place in The Wilderness Centre, Forest of Dean on  6th – 8th July. Our next yoga holiday escape to the sun will be held in Gran Canaria on 6th – 13th September. Find out more and book via the website

Our next residential weekend retreat will be on 12th – 14th October in the Forest of Dean, and it will have a sound bath and holistic treatments available.
