Would you like to get active? Feel fitter? Are you wondering where to start or which activity session would be at your pace, suitable for your age group and at the same time fit in with your schedule?

Active HERE helps adults across Herefordshire to find a class, session or type of physical activity to suit them. We even have free taster sessions in a range of activities so you can try something new.

Here is what Jenny said about her experience of Active HERE: “You’re never going to go around all these different places and find out for yourself what the classes are like. So it makes all the difference that somebody has done that for you, and can suggest something that you’d be interested in, together with the options, the times, and the details of who to contact. I’m definitely more active now. Oh yes. Because if there wasn’t this class, I’d just be back to square one again. I’d be thinking, oh well, I’ll possibly get around to something again, one day… There are tons of classes to go to, you just don’t realise they’re there. And if you don’t go and have a look at them properly, you never find out… Active HERE spurs you on to go.”

From beginners’ classes to something a bit more adventurous, we have a place for you to start. Call us for your free appointment and find the activity for you.
