Rosemary’s Story From ILLNESS To RECOVERY With Chrysalis Effect Programme

By Rosemary Channin

I had been ill since birth with M.E. and Pyroluria, which causes the M.E. symptoms. I was training to be a performance anxiety specialist for musicians when I had my final ‘crash’. This led to my discovery of the Chrysalis Effect Recovery Programme, and under the guidance of their team of practitioners I made a full recovery. Not only did my energy return, I was able to resume my hobbies – playing the violin, singing in a choir, gardening and even travelling.

My recovery made me realise that I wanted to help others with their recovery, and so I began my training as a Chrysalis Effect specialist practitioner.

Chrysalis Effect is a step-by-step recovery programme for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS) and Fibromyalgia. It helps sufferers understand their symptoms and address all areas essential to full recovery.

I work with a team of qualified Chronic Fatigue, M.E. and Fibromyalgia specialists; naturopaths, nutritionists, counsellors, hypnotherapists and trauma specialists.

My own specialisms include Wellbeing Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Clients at any stage of their recovery can start the Chrysalis Effect programme and where it is not possible to speak face-to-face, perhaps due to location or the client being bed-bound, consultations can take place over the telephone or via Skype. Please get in touch for more information.
