THE Re-MAKING Of A Community HEALTH Hub

Posted · Add Comment

Halo has been at the heart of Ledbury for a long time, with the pool, gym and exercise studio welcoming thousands of visits every year. It was earmarked for a multi-million pound makeover in Halo’s latest round of refurbishments – their team has been working on a major programme of improvement in a bid to create the finest facilities for fitness and relaxation. The £2.3m makeover is now complete.

Before we gave the centre a workout.

See the difference in us, feel the difference in you…

More than a gym (or a pool or a set of exercise classes)
We aim to create a hub for health, fitness and relaxation at the heart of the communities where we’re based. But it’s our staff who keep people coming back – they ensure the finest facilities are matched with the warmest welcome and expert professional advice.

Family friendly
Our new village-style communal changing facilities ensure easier access for all and more flexibility for parents and carers with children.

The perfect pool
Residents love having a pool on their doorstep. The refurbished pool hall and spectator gallery will play host to hundreds of swimming lessons for children and young people, and see thousands of visits from swimmers in the coming season. Dive in, breathe out and enjoy the moment.

We love to see these benches full of parents watching their children developing swimming skills in Halo’s Learn To Swim programme

Motivation made easy
We know people who exercise together exercise for longer. Our new studio will be the place to work out across the week. Check out our timetable of brilliant classes (from Indoor Cycling to Pilates) to see what suits you.

And after a workout, wind down…
The favourite place to be after a swim or gym session. Enjoy our new sauna and steam facilities.

Stair way to (gym) heaven.

Our brand new gym is the perfect place to walk, run, climb, lift, row or cycle yourself to good health – on your schedule and at your own pace. Our brilliant fitness instructors are on hand, ready to help and welcome everyone, from gym newbies to those wanting to challenge themselves in the months ahead.

Want a piece of the action?
Pop into the centre and we will be happy to show you round. Alternatively, check out the swim and group exercise class timetables on our website.
