Not all of our clients want to lose weight or become slimmer. For many it’s about adding muscle, becoming stronger and generally feeling better in their own skin.
Hannah James has embraced this process and done extremely well. Strength work has had a very positive effect on her posture – she no longer needs to visit the osteopath once a month to be realigned; it has given her a more defined and athletic looking physique as well as body confidence.
Hannah works long hours and sometimes night shifts too, so the training has had to fit in with her shift patterns but she now recognises how important strength training has become to her overall wellbeing. Amazing work, Hannah!
