Anytime Fitness offers the convenience of 24-hour access to clubs worldwide. All facilities can be used by members 24/7, with staff at the Hereford gym available Monday to Friday 9.00am – 8.00pm, and on Saturday 9.00am – 6.00pm. Free parking for members is available at Maylords Shopping Centre.

I am the founder, owner and editor of FitNet, a free glossy B5 sized magazine dedicated to health and active lifestyle in Herefordshire and Monmouth.

FitNet delivers the latest local news stories and specialist articles written by local health and fitness professionals.
