The ‘V’ EXERCISE
This exercise helps strengthen the orbicularis oculi muscle (the circular muscle around the eye), reducing bags under the eyes and tightening the eye area.
How to perform the exercise:
Place your fingers beneath your eyebrows as shown. Next, with your index fingers apply pressure to the outer corners of your eyes. Look up and move the lower eyelids up, making a strong squint. Then relax. Repeat 6 times, and finish with squeezing your eyes shut for 10 seconds, and relax.
